Barely 15

I got my 15 minutes in today. But BARELY!!!! I ran a little over 1 mile.

***Only problem I have been having is bad headaches after I run..Any ideas??

  1. Thats weird I dont think I have ever had a headache after I ran. Maybe make sure you eat before and drink while running but I really dont know why. Good for you though I ran yeaterday after training with kylee so it was very tiring by the time I was done thats for sure. But good for you for doing it.....

  2. Make sure you are BREATHING while you run. In and Out, In and Out, In and Out! Also, make sure you are RELAXING your upper body, shoulders, arms, neck, head & face.

  3. It's good to drink plenty of water before you workout and then eat within 15 minutes after you workout. You may be getting dehydrated. Also, you may be pushing yourself too hard. You should 1) be able to carry on a conversation while you run 2) feel more energetic after you run, NOT more worn out. I'm no expert but those are a couple things I've learned from some peeps.
