15 Felt Good

Whitney here. I did my fifteen minutes of running on the treadmill Wednesday and it felt good. I just ran at a comfortable 5.5 pace and could have gone longer but I was late for a body pump class. Now my legs are so sore and I wish I would have just taken a hot bath like Lindsay. Ha, Ha! Can't wait to run in sunny AZ tomorrow. Happy training!

  2. Maybe thats why I am pooped after 15 minutes I thought I was a wimp because I was dying after only 15 minutes but as I am readin how fast everyone is running maybe theres my answer. I have been running at 7.8 or 7.0!

  3. I think it was Rosie who said 5.5 was a comfortable jogging pace. I could be wrong though. I don't think I could keep up with 7.8 for very long. You go girl!

  4. I like a steady 6 to 6.5. That is about a 9.5 to a 10 minute mile. But I have to say . . . I hate running on the treadmill. I can only stand 20 minutes tops. So I need to get my butt outside :)
