WAY TO GO LADIES.... We ROCK! I took a few pics (127) to be exact. So I will have to go through them all and post some of the best ones. Thanks to you all for keeping me motivated and getting me to do this. I loved, loved, loved it. I am starting to think about the next one. HAHAHA

I agree with Jesse! Thanks everyone for motivating me to do this, it was SO fun and one of my favorite experiences to date! I can't wait to see everyone's pictures!

Jess - Thanks for taking pictures. I think I only took about 3 so hopefully more people in my van took pictures. Let's definately do a picture swap. And I am planning on doing the race next year for sure. It was so much fun!

RUN AT YOUR OWN "COMFORTABLE" PACE FOR THE GIVEN AMOUNT OF TIME. "COMFORTABLE" MIGHT MEAN WALKING PERIODICALLY IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT. THAT'S OK; THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU STICK TO THE LENGTH OF TIME ALLOTTED FOR EACH WORKOUT. IF YOU MISS A WORKOUT DON'T WORRY, JUST START FROM WHERE YOU ARE ON THE SCHEDULE.
