Quote of the Week!

Lindsey Machan and myself completed the Moab half-marathon on Saturday (along with our husbands)! It was ideal running conditions down the canyon by the river!
Congrats Lindsey! Way to go girl!!! :)

RUN AT YOUR OWN "COMFORTABLE" PACE FOR THE GIVEN AMOUNT OF TIME. "COMFORTABLE" MIGHT MEAN WALKING PERIODICALLY IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT.
