Five Miles.....

I went to the gym today very motivated to get on top of my running and working out once and for all, no excuses anymore. I ran 5 miles in 43 minutes on the treadmill it felt great. Thanks all you guys for posting how your doing it has really helped me get back in the swing of things. I love all of ya keep up the good work, and Angie keep those Quotes coming I have LOVED them all......

Lindsey Machan and myself completed the Moab half-marathon on Saturday (along with our husbands)! It was ideal running conditions down the canyon by the river!

Fun Run in the Sun

Hey Ladies-
I am back from sunny Mexico and proud to announce that I ran 4 times while there. Scenery definately makes a difference! We had a really nice, long, and flat road right in front of our house so that is where I ran. I tried running on the beach one day but the sand was too soft and the beach sloped too much. Can't wait to see you all on the 30th!

First, what are you interested in for our team gear? Are you interested in long-sleeve, short-sleeve, tank, sweatshirt, t-shirt, pants, shorts, hats, backpacks, water bottles...?

The above pictures are dri-mesh (active type) shirts. They come in a variety of colors. (My favorite is the top silver one!) A long-sleeve would be good for night running.

We can also find our own merchandise anywhere and have it imprinted with our team name. We can do embroidery, screen printing and vinyl lettering.

Second, what do we want imprinted on our shirts? Front, back, a picture, team name, individual names, etc...
