Another Relay

My husband's friend, Matt Ward, has started the REDROCK RELAY debuting September 4, 2009. If anyone wants to run another relay I'm putting together a team! We'll talk after we conquer the Wasatch Back though, right?

It's 180 miles through Brianhead Resort, Cedar Breaks Ntl. Monument, Dixie National Forest, Zions and St. George. I don't think there could be a more gorgeous place to run!!

The RedRock Relay sounds awesome and beautiful. I would love to do it depending on how WBR goes.

Novice Training Program

RUN AT YOUR OWN "COMFORTABLE" PACE FOR THE GIVEN AMOUNT OF TIME. "COMFORTABLE" MIGHT MEAN WALKING PERIODICALLY IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT. THAT'S OK; THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU STICK TO THE LENGTH OF TIME ALLOTTED FOR EACH WORKOUT. IF YOU MISS A WORKOUT DON'T WORRY, JUST START FROM WHERE YOU ARE ON THE SCHEDULE.
